I just love Fall. The changing colors of the leaves, the air feels crisp and the temperature cools down. It also means layers, sweaters, boots and scarves, which all happen to be a few of my favorite things. Cool weather also means hot beverages, and you know I’ll make up any excuse to stop by a coffee shop.
Not surprising that I love Fall sessions and this is an example why. How can you not? The sun is shining, there are leaves on the ground and of course, cute outfits. I’ve been photographing this family over the years and it’s so much fun to watch their family grow! I shot Jiezel and Ryan’s engagement photos and now, here they are with three kids. Where does the time go? It was such fun afternoon at the Washington Park Arboretum. Lucas and Zach are total pros in front of the camera now. Aria on the other hand, took some time to warm up to me. But by then end, she kept smiling and waving “bye” at me which I think was a good sign… or she was just hoping that I would leave her alone. Hahaha.
The kids (and parents) were so well behaved that we stopped by Molly Moon’s for some ice cream. Definitely well deserved! I’m already looking forward to their next family session!
This is only of my favorites shots from our session. It totally shows the personality of the boys.
The following series cracks me up. This is probably one of the few times all three kids listened to my instructions immediately. All I had to say was “run around mom and dad!”
Until next time!
